1. About this policy

Extreme Simulator ("we", "us", or "our") publishes mobile games on Google Play. This policy explains information processed when you use games that link to it, visit our developer website, or contact us.

Privacy contact: extremeproductions419@gmail.com. Include the game name so we can identify the relevant service.

Services vary by game version, platform, region, available features, and privacy choices. A provider listed here does not necessarily receive information from every game or every play session.

2. Information processed

A game can send information directly to a provider through its software development kit (SDK). We may receive reports derived from that information without receiving every underlying record.

InformationExamples and purpose
Device and connection informationDevice model, operating system, language, app version, network information, and IP address, used for service delivery, troubleshooting, measurement, and security. IP addresses can indicate approximate location.
Advertising and installation identifiersAndroid advertising ID, installation IDs, app-scoped IDs, and SDK identifiers, where available and permitted, used for advertising, attribution, and analytics.
Gameplay and sessionsApp launches, session duration, progress, and interactions with features, used to understand and improve game performance.
Advertising activityAd requests, impressions, clicks, video interactions, rewards, advertising source, and estimated revenue, used for delivery, measurement, attribution, and fraud prevention.
PurchasesProduct identifiers, purchase events, prices, and currencies; transaction information used by purchase services to process or validate purchases and support entitlements. Store payment details are handled by the store and its payment providers.
DiagnosticsSDK errors and technical performance information, depending on the services enabled.
Support correspondenceYour email address and information you send, such as a problem description, screenshot, or purchase reference. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Identifiers and IP addresses may be personal data even when they do not contain your name. We do not describe them as anonymous simply because they are collected by an SDK.

Provider policies can describe optional features and data types. This does not mean our games use every feature or collect every type of information that provider supports.

3. Why information is used

Depending on the enabled services, information is used to:

  • Operate games, deliver configuration, and support purchases and rewarded features.
  • Display ads and measure impressions, clicks, rewards, revenue, and campaign performance.
  • Personalize advertising where permitted by law and your choices.
  • Understand gameplay, sessions, and technical performance.
  • Respond to support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for activities requiring consent; performance of a contract for requested services; compliance with legal obligations; or legitimate interests such as maintaining security and responding to support requests, subject to your rights. The basis depends on the purpose and circumstances of the processing. Providers may have separate responsibilities and legal bases described in their policies.

Reading this policy or continuing to play does not, by itself, give consent to processing that requires a separate choice.

4. Advertising and mediation partners

Mediation helps select an advertising provider for an available placement. An enabled provider can receive a request or participate in bidding even if another provider ultimately shows the ad. Providers may process identifiers, device and network information, ad interactions, and measurement data according to their roles, configuration, and your choices.

Our games may use the following advertising partners. The partners available in a particular game depend on its version, platform, region, and advertising configuration.

ProviderService and privacy information
Google AdMob and Google Ad ManagerAdvertising, bidding, measurement, and fraud prevention through Google Mobile Ads. Google Privacy Policy and SDK data disclosures.
AppLovin MAXAdvertising mediation, delivery, and measurement. AppLovin Privacy Policy.
Meta Audience NetworkAdvertising demand and measurement through the Facebook adapter. Meta Privacy Policy.
InMobiAdvertising delivery and measurement. InMobi Advertising Privacy Policy.
MintegralAdvertising delivery, attribution, and measurement. Mintegral Privacy Policy.
Pangle, a ByteDance serviceAdvertising delivery and measurement. Select your region at Pangle Privacy.
Unity AdsAdvertising delivery and measurement. Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Liftoff Monetize, formerly VungleAdvertising delivery and measurement through the Vungle adapter. Liftoff Privacy Policy.
Yandex AdsAdvertising delivery and measurement. Yandex International Advertising Privacy Policy.
BIGO AdsAdvertising through the BIGO adapter. BIGO SSP Privacy Policy.

Providers may combine game information with information they lawfully obtain from other sources, as explained in their policies. Some process information on our instructions for particular services; others determine their own purposes for some processing.

Non-personalized or limited ads can still involve information for delivery, frequency limits, measurement, and fraud prevention. Choosing them does not necessarily stop all SDK communications or analytics.

5. Analytics, configuration, and purchases

Our games may also use the following services for analytics, configuration, and purchases. Advertising and analytics choices can work differently; one setting does not necessarily control every service.

ProviderPurpose and information involved
Firebase Analytics, provided by GoogleMeasures app activity, gameplay events, and ad impressions using event data and app/device identifiers. Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy.
Firebase Remote ConfigDelivers game configuration using Firebase installation identifiers. Targeting depends on enabled features. Firebase Privacy and Security.
ByteBrewGame analytics and measurement, including gameplay, advertising revenue, and purchase events where enabled. ByteBrew Privacy Policy.
GameAnalyticsGame performance and player-activity analytics, including ad-revenue events where enabled. Player-data processing terms and privacy information.
SolarEngineAnalytics, attribution, and advertising-revenue measurement where enabled. SolarEngine Privacy Policy.
Unity In-App Purchasing and Google PlayPurchase processing and related transaction, entitlement, and service information where purchases are offered. Unity Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

SDK collection can occur without a player creating an account. Contact us with the game name if you have questions about its account or saving features.

6. Sharing and other disclosures

Information may also be disclosed to providers supporting communications and website hosting, advisers or authorities where required by law, or where necessary to investigate abuse and protect rights and safety. A business transfer may require information to be transferred subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Advertising disclosures described in this policy may qualify as "sharing", a "sale", or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, depending on how those laws define these terms. Where you have a right to opt out, use the privacy choices below or contact us for assistance.

7. Your privacy choices

  • In-game controls: If a game presents a consent message or privacy-options menu, use it to make or change the choices shown. Availability depends on the game and region. Contact us if you cannot find them.
  • Device settings: Your device may let you reset or delete its advertising identifier or restrict advertising personalization. These controls may not stop app-scoped analytics, essential processing, or every kind of tracking.
  • Permissions: Manage permissions in device settings. Features depending on a permission may stop working when it is withdrawn.
  • Provider controls: Linked provider policies explain any additional access, deletion, and advertising-choice tools.
  • Contact: Email extremeproductions419@gmail.com for help with privacy choices or requests.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. An email request is not an immediate device-level switch: the relevant game, SDK, or provider control may also need to be used.

8. Access, deletion, and other rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of targeted advertising and certain sales or sharing. You may also have rights to appeal a decision or complain to your local data protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Email extremeproductions419@gmail.com with the game name and request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request and locate relevant records. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. Requests will be handled within the time required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions.

Where a provider independently controls relevant data, its request process may also be needed. Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete records already held by us, a store, or a provider. Purchase, security, and legal records may need to be retained for valid reasons.

9. Retention and international processing

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. In determining retention, we consider the type of information, whether a support request remains open, purchase and entitlement needs, fraud and security investigations, and legal or recordkeeping obligations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or anonymize it. Providers that independently control information apply their own retention rules, described in their linked policies. You can request deletion using the contact details above; uninstalling a game does not automatically delete provider-held records.

Our providers operate in multiple countries, so information may be processed outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where required by applicable law, international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual protections or a recognized adequacy decision. Provider policies describe their transfer arrangements and how to obtain further information.

10. Children and game audiences

Our games have different content and age ratings. Parents and guardians should review a game's Google Play listing, available privacy controls, and device settings before allowing a child to play. Content ratings describe game content and do not replace parental-consent requirements under applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without the consent required by law, contact extremeproductions419@gmail.com with the game name and relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information where required and working with relevant service providers. Please avoid including unnecessary information about the child in your initial message.

11. Website and security

Our website does not use advertising SDKs, analytics tracking, or cookies in its own pages. Its support form prepares a message in your email application; it does not submit it to a website database. When you send a message, your email service and our email service process it.

The site's hosting provider may process connection and access-log information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Links to Google Play and other websites lead to services with their own policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by us against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
