1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to Extreme Simulator ("we", "us", and "our") and your use of this website and mobile games published by Extreme Simulator that link to these terms.
Please review these terms before using our services. If you do not agree to them, do not use the services. Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains how information is processed. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required for advertising or analytics.

2. Eligibility
Choose games appropriate for your age, taking account of the content rating, description, and any eligibility requirements shown in the game or its store listing.
If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement under applicable law, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms where required. A store content rating describes content suitability and does not replace these requirements.
3. Permission to use the game
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Game software, artwork, audio, names, and other content belong to us or our licensors. Downloading the game does not transfer ownership of that content.
You must not use the game unlawfully, distribute unauthorized copies, cheat or exploit the game to obtain unauthorized benefits, interfere with its security or operation, manipulate purchases or ad rewards, or infringe the rights of others. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
4. Advertising and rewarded features
Our games may display advertisements, including banners, full-screen ads, and optional rewarded ads. Availability can vary by region, connectivity, and advertising demand. Any reward offered should be described before you choose to watch the ad.
If an offered reward is not delivered after you meet its conditions, contact support with the game name and a description of the problem. Advertisements and external links may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Games may offer optional purchases, such as virtual currency, content, feature unlocks, or an ad-removal feature, where shown in the game. The purchase screen describes the item and price before confirmation. Google Play processes purchases made through its billing system, subject to its applicable terms.
Virtual items provide a limited right to use the relevant game feature. Unless expressly stated or required by law, they are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for money, and are usable only in the game for which they were obtained.
An ad-removal purchase applies to the advertising described in its offer. Check that description for whether optional rewarded ads or other promotions are included before purchasing.
Purchase restoration depends on the game and item. Use any restoration option provided in the game or contact support for help. Do not assume that spent consumable currency or unsaved progress can be recovered after reinstalling or changing devices. This does not limit remedies required by law.
If a game offers a subscription, review the billing interval, trial conditions, renewal price, and cancellation information displayed before subscribing. Manage subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription.
6. Purchase problems and refunds
For an undelivered purchase or other purchase problem, contact extremeproductions419@gmail.com with the game name, item, and relevant Google Play order reference. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable Google Play refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory refund or consumer rights. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding entitlement may be removed where permitted.
7. Progress, accounts, and connectivity
Some features, including advertising and purchases, require an internet connection. You are responsible for any charges from your network provider.
Saving and recovery features vary by game. Progress stored only on your device may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game, or change devices. Check the game's available save options before taking those steps; cloud saving and transfers are not guaranteed unless offered for that game.
Where a game offers sign-in, protect your login details and use only accounts you are authorized to access. For questions about personal information or deletion, follow our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) or contact support with the game name. Never send us your password.
8. Updates and availability
We may update games to fix problems, improve features, or meet technical and legal requirements. Compatibility and online features may change over time. We will provide notice where required and respect applicable rights concerning purchased content. These terms do not give us an unrestricted right to remove paid entitlements without any remedy.
9. Suspension and ending use
You can stop using and uninstall the game at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security issues, or legal obligations, subject to applicable law and any required notice or remedy.
Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete server-held information or cancel an active subscription. Privacy requests are explained in our Privacy Policy, and any subscriptions must be managed through the relevant store.
10. Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide functioning and reliable games, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties may be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, remedies for defective digital content, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer protections or your right to seek a remedy from a competent court or consumer authority under applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be notified, and renewed agreement obtained, where required. Changes will not remove accrued consumer rights.
